Q: How long has 1 Hour Income been helping people start businesses online?

A: While 1 Hour Income has not been around very long, its founders and the tools they use have been for almost 15 years and they are good at what they do. These tools in the past have been primarily used by existing businesses. Since we already had all of the tools and software necessary to run an online business, we started to offer our products to motivated individuals who were ready to start and run a new online business as well. With our tools, a new business can be up and ready for sales within about an hour, thus our name - 1 Hour Income. Since starting we have incorporated many new products and services for our start up business customers. Although we already have the most complete online business kit available, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our product offerings and services!

Q: As my company grows, will I still be able to use the tools from 1 Hour Income, or will I need to look elsewhere?

A: We get this question all the time. And one of the best things about 1 Hour Income is that our tools are not only great for startups, but are currently being used by hundred of multi-million dollar companies! As you grow and need new tools (custom designed websites, customized features in your site, etc.) we'll be ready for you! Just let our Support Department know what you're looking for, and we'll take care of the rest!

Q: Do your websites have pesky ads from other companies displayed on them?

A: Nope, our sites are 100% ad free!

Q: If I join 1 Hour Income, are you going to have pesky telemarketers call me?

A: Of course not! 1 Hour Income is not like every other online business kit out there! In fact, we aren't even a kit, we're a software company with great training tools. We won't call you to try to sell you additional products, nor will we sell your information to anyone else. As soon as you join 1 Hour Income, you will have access to everything you need to start your business, or build your existing business.

Q: Will I really make money by joining 1 Hour Income?

A: Will you make money just by joining? Probably not. Will you make money if you follow our tutorials and coaching material? Yes you will! This is not a get-rich-quick scheme, this is a training program for motivated individuals who are ready to start their own business. Those who follow the program will make money.

Q: Do I have to buy a domain name?

A: Only if you want to. We will gladly give you a free domain name that is hosted on 1 Hour Income's server. Most of our members use the free domain name while building their site, but change to a unique one once they launch their business.

Q: Why can't I log into my website?

A: Not being able to login the first time is caused by a couple of different issues. We'll address what they are based on the two most popular browsers.

Internet Explorer: If you're using IE and you can't login, there are two things you need to check, your cookie settings and your popup settings.

To check cookie settings select Tools from the Menu Bar, then select Internet Options. This should open a popup window. Click on the Privacy tab. You will now see a slider on the left side of the page, move the slider all the way down until you see Accept All Cookies. Now click OK.

Try to login now, if your browser has a popup that tells you it is blocking pop-ups, click on it and select Temporarily Allow Pop-ups.

If this doesn't work, you may need to go into your browser settings and allow popups. To do this select Tools from the Menu Bar, then select Internet Options. This should open a popup window. Click on the Privacy tab. Now locate the heading Pop-up Blocker, make sure the box that reads Turn on Pop-up Blocker is not checked. Now Click OK.

Firefox: If you are having trouble logging in with Firefox, it is because pop-ups are being blocked. Generally as soon as you try to login, a popup warning bar will appear. Simply click on this bar and select Temporarily Allow Pop-ups.

If for some reason you aren't seeing the pop-up bar, go to the Menu Bar and select Tools and then from the drop down select Options. A pop-up window should appear. Select the Content tab. The very first check box appears should be Block pop-up window. Make sure this box is not checked. When you are finished select OK.

Q: If I decide that 1 Hour Income isn't right for me, how do I cancel my membership?

A: We hope you never feel this way, but if for some reason you do, simply send an email to cancel@1hourincome.com. Please make sure to include the name and email address you used to join. This makes it much easier for our Cancellation department to expedite your request.
